Novix Platform Mounted Bow Holder

It doesn’t mount to side rail of Echo as pictured, with the bolt parallel to the platform. Unless I received a defective part, the piece I received only permits mounting with bolt perpendicular to platform. This creates unstable attachment mechanism and may cause mount to slip. And the shiny glossy finish???

Purchased this for the Echo hang-on stand. Could not find a proper point of attachment on the front lefts side rail. After several attempts to secure mount, my assessment was that it might shift after weight of bow is added. On the other hand it will definitely secure properly to some older lock-ons I have that have a flat platforms. Guess I I’ll use it for them. Also, the shiny gloss finish???? Not sure if deer will spot it, but why not dull or flat finish. There is a hole on the side of the echo’s rail, design something to attach to this…… and I’m a buyer.

Been looking for something like this for a while! Attaches easy and positions the bow nicely. Also this company has excellent customer support!!!
