Outfitter Program

Thank you for expressing interest in the Novix Outdoors Outfitter Program. This program is by application only, and acceptance is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time. Membership is good for the current calendar year. Outfitters must submit applications yearly to renew. Our goal is to provide you with the highest-performing hunting gear and apparel to help you do your job, and we believe that Novix Outdoors will benefit from your positive representation and integrity in the field. Please allow up to 2 weeks for application processing. If you do not submit one of the required documents, your application will be denied. Any violations of the Outfitter program Rules and Guidelines will result in immediate and permanent removal from the program.

Please read these Outfitter Program Rules and Guidelines Carefully:

  1. Outfitter Program membership and the associated discount are only for the outfitter itself - not personal use or recreational use. Reselling of gear is strictly prohibited.
  2. Outfitters are limited to a maximum of four (4) transactions per calendar year.
  3. The Outfitter Program discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
  4. Outfitter Program purchases are eligible for exchange or return for store credit within 30 days of purchase. The outfitter will be responsible for the return shipping in the event of an exchange or return.
  5. Products you are interested in purchasing through the Outfitter Program may not always be in stock. If the product is not currently available, you will not be able to place an order for it.
  6. As a member of the Outfitter Program, you represent Novix Outdoors. We expect you to behave in a way that reflects well on our company, both in the field and in other public settings.
  7. We may ask you to rate, review, and provide feedback on products through R&D surveys.
  8. In order to be approved for the Outfitter Program, you must register as a company account and use the email associated with that account. We cannot approve anyone as an individual - this must be ran through your business.
