We have a 45-day return policy for new and unused items, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Gift cards are a form of prepaid payment that can be used to purchase goods or services at a later time, and they are generally considered a final sale. This means that once a gift card has been purchased and activated, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different form of payment.

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
