Warranty

Our lifetime warranty applies to our American-made cast Treestands, Platforms, and Climbing Sticks, reflecting our commitment to quality and to the hunters who rely on our products. We stand behind our customers and design our cast Treestands, Platforms, and Climbing Sticks to perform for a lifetime in the field.

This warranty does not cover wearable components on these stands, including but not limited to straps, cables, molded parts, assembly hardware, and seat cushions or textilene; however, these items (and all others) are covered against manufacturing defects.

This warranty is valid only for Novix-produced products purchased through authorized Novix channels. Proof of purchase will be required. Lone Wolf Custom Gear products are not eligible for warranty coverage through Novix.
