Disappointed

Ordered them showed up in a timely manor. Missing two of the buckles to put them on with. Can’t mount them and contacted novix. Said they are not made in house so even though I’ve spent a ton of money at novix they said they can’t get them for me,but I can buy them on Amazon pretty cheap. Not impressed with their customer service at all. I spent the money on them and there product is incomplete. Very very disappointed.

Padded Backpack Straps

The straps perform well enough. They are not easily adjustable and have cheaper feel with regards to quality. Padding is fine for the stand only. I tend to attach my backpack to my stand and that can leave the straps feeling thin in the padding department. However, they work well enough for what I need them for. It's convenient to buy them here when I buy another stand. If you intend to hike in a considerable distance, I suggest paying more for better padding and adjustability.

Novix backpack straps

The back pack straps are okay, honestly kind of disappointed though. The straps them self after a while do not support the wait of the stand or if you have a pack on your stand and they slip loose and you have to put the straps back on each time it happens

Not what I was hoping for.

I bought two sets for my daughter and I. The set on just the stand work fine with less weight my stand with sticks and stand have slipped off multiple times walking in.
